Door-to-door accompaniment for NYC transit — buses, subways, and local travel. We begin at your home and stay through every step until your loved one is safely settled.
Service 02
Domestic Companionship
Full escort for domestic travel across the country — airports, check-ins, luggage, and every transition handled with calm, attentive care until your loved one arrives safely.
Service 03
International Companionship
Specialized door-to-door escort for international travel. We accompany your loved one from their home to their destination abroad with calm, professional care. Multi-day stays available.

WHY I STARTED LUMIHEART
A message from our founder
I started LumiHeart because I'm passionate about helping others — especially those who may feel more comfortable with companionship, care, and reassurance while traveling. My goal is to help travelers feel safe, confident, and comfortable, and to grow LumiHeart into a trusted service that supports more families. With my work background and my love for travel, I felt like this was the right path for me. Working with these communities has brought me a kind of joy I honestly never felt before, and it’s hard for me to even explain it properly. I'm a very heart-centered person, and I care deeply about making travel easier and more reassuring for the people I work with.
